Power BI Report - Export Underlying Data option is not working

Power BI Report - Export Underlying Data option is not working with Direct Query.

My Power BI Report source is Tabular Model and connection type is Direct Query. The fields from two related tables has added to a Line Chart visualization and the same fields has added to Matrix visualization too.   Among five Fields there are three Measures also(which are created at Tabular Model).

But in Power BI Service, when I select the option export data>>Underlying Data from Line chart visual, it is not exporting data and not showing any error also. where as the same Line Chart visual is exporting export data >>Summarize Data.

Whereas the Matrix has the same fields it is able to exporting both Underlying Data & Summarize Data.

Export Setting for this report has choosen "export both Summary & Underlying Data" in Power BI Desktop.

Could you please help me what setting is missed to export / do I need to make any updates to the report to export underlying data for line chart/bar chart/column chart.

If you already enabled the option but power bi enabled these options, it may mean your scenario has met the limitations. Please check the official document limitation lists first:

Export the data that was used to create a visualization#limitations-and-considerations

I replicated your setup and this is what I see:

So apart from the 150K row limit it works.

Have you considered using Analyze in Excel instead or is that not an option for you?
