Our database server is PostgreSQL.

How do i connect my PostgreSQL database with Power BI Report Builder?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

(1) For Power BI Report Builder Embedded data sources PostgreSQL is not supported, only the following are supported:

• Azure SQL Database and Azure Synapse Analytics (via Basic and oAuth)
• Azure Analysis Services (via SSO)
• SQL Server via a gateway
• Power BI datasets
• Oracle
• Teradata

(2) if you want to connect to other data source like PostgreSQL Server then below are the 2 ways that we can follow.
