Power BI RLS

Hello
I have done a Power BI Visual which shows limited data of a Dataset.

The user should have limited access to the semantic model with RLS.

He is only allowed to see the data from tables 1,2,3 which are in relation to "Alle...."

The RLS is configured: "Alle...." with condition "not empty"

Will the user only see data of 1,2,3 that is in relation with "Alle...."

Regards
Heinrich

Hi @Heinrich,

Without knowing how you have setup the RLS I can't give a definitive answer however looking at the setup and your explanation, being the Alle table a dimension table where you filter you data the information from the fact table will be limited to the one that connect to Alle table, so yes your data will be limited to the one that you define, following the path of the of the filter propagation.

I would advice againts a many-to-many relationship but just a good practice.
