Power BI Predictive Analysis

Hello Community,
I have a question regarding the use of predictive analysis in PowerBI. 
Which License include the usage of predictve analysis? Is it include in the "advanced AI" Feature? If not what licences do I need you use it? And what functionalities are behind the Feature "Advanced AI"?

• AutoML: Automates the process of building machine learning models, making it easier to create predictive models without extensive data science expertise.
• Cognitive Services: Integrates with Azure Cognitive Services to add capabilities like text analytics, image recognition, and more.
• AI Visuals: Includes AI-powered visuals such as Key Influencers, Decomposition Tree, and Anomaly Detection to gain deeper insights from your data.
