Power BI Matrix, filter based on values in one column

Hello,

What I am trying to accomplish is creating a cross-sell report, where you can view opportunites based upon a selected brand.  For instance, in the example below, if I select "Brand 1" and "Brand 2" from a filter, I want to show only customers that have revenue for Brand 2.  Thus showing opportunites where we can sell a customer on Brand 1 since they already have revenue for Brand 2.  The highlighted customers below would be removed.

Any ideas?

@tolsen37 , if this a fixed brand 2.

We can have a measure

calculate( [Measure], filter(Item, Item[Brand] ="Brand 2") )

Can use the above as a visual level and check for non blank

or use max

Max Brand =

var _max = maxx(allselected(Item), Item[Brand])

return

calculate( [Measure], filter(Item, Item[Brand] =_max ) )
