Power BI Matrix - Dynamic Column Background & HTML rendering

Dear Experts,
I have following questions : 

1. Can Power BI Matrix Visual support HTML tag rendering. Please let me know.
2. Can we format the Power BI matrix column back ground dynamically , exp. lets say background of COL A in Dark Blue & COL B in light blue.

You could use conditional format about background.

Thanks so much @amitchandak . That means we cant do the HTML rendering in the native Power BI matrix visual.

Also the dynamic column formatting for matrix is also not possible.
Kindly let us know.
