Power BI Export to PDF question
Hi Anonymous ,
Currently, in PowerBI Desktop, export to pdf exports the current page displayed in the report.
As you said, if you want to send specific pdfs to different users, this approach may be cumbersome. But the best way is to set RLS to display the corresponding visual results according to different users.

Hope it helps you more.

Anonymous , Try to use RLS and user should be assigned those clients and schedule report for those users

Hi Amit,
Thank you for your suggestion. Right now, since we want to avoid giving external clients the Pro license, so we are doing it at month-end basis just once.
Is there any other workarounds at Desktop level?
Regards!
