Power BI Exam ref Book Change data format to support visualization

Hello,

 

Anyone using the book for the exam? Anyone else notice that the whole 'Change data format to support visualization' section of exercises just do not add up? Right from the start it references Columns 1 and 2, and they dont even exist. Its like nobody even tested the exercises for before putting the book out.

    Hi DrDuran ,

     

    Could you please share the sample data and describe the issue in more detail? 

     

    BTW way, we can format the data by FORMAT function, you can refer to the online document .Or we can change the data type in the UI interface by the data type option.

        Hi Frank, I do not think your answer addresses the issue, but despite the issue, I did end up passing the exam using the book and doing extra reading on the MS site. Thank you for taking the time to answer, much appreciated.
