Hi everyone, I hope you can help me. I need to make some boards in PBI but I need to share them with approx. 80 end users who don't have a license. Would it be a good option to create a website with PBI Embedded and integrate these reports? How do I calculate the cost of this service?

Regarding the number of report consumers, I recommend using Power BI Pro licensing.

Embedding  reports into a web application requires capacity licensing.

Only when the number of users is crossing 200, you should start rethingking the licensing strategy.

If you need Premium features you should consider Premium Per User licensing.
