Hi 

I have created one report in Power BI for Employee data. I have one web application with a drop down "Employee Name". Whenever user select particular employee named for example "Adam", the embeded Power BI report should show data power bi report only for Adam. If application user select any other user then embeded power bi report should show selected users data. Is it doable. Is it possible to send a parameter to embeded power bi report so it can select data for parameter value.

I think you want to let your web application and power bi report interact.

There is the option to modify the report from your app using the PowerBI Javascript library. 

You can use it to apply filters to your embedded report from your web application. It also allows you to navigate through pages and much more. There are also very nice demos.
