Power BI Desktop report different from Power BI Service when downloading local copy?

Hi Power BI Community,

I am having an issue where when i install a report from power bi service, it contains only 5 tabs and when downloading a local copy, it creates 4 additional tabs that seem to be duplicate of the first 4 tabs in service. can anyone tell me what could be going on here?

I tried to download a different report to see if it has the same result and its only happening to this specific report.

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce it. If possible, please share detail steps for us to reproduce the issue.  Below is the similar post for you to check if it could help you.
