Power BI Desktop Visual Error

Hello,

We are facing today with one of our customer a very strange error on Power BI Desktop. Reports are not working on his Organisational laptop on Power BI Desktop. He is facing the following erreor (see the screen capture). And here is the trace log error of Power BI Desktop in the end of the Topic

The Same Power BI Desktop file is working on other non organisational laptop (The Datasources are csv files)

Do you have please any idea on the origin of this type of problem ?

I find the product version is not up to date, you may try the latest version. Besides, you can create a support ticket.

Hello @v-chuncz-msft thank you for your Answer and sorry for this late response (was on vacation).

My Customer is still facing the problem even with a new version of Power BI, i will creat a support ticket, hopping to find a solution.

Hi,

Have you tried using another browser? For example I sometimes have visual issues using Edge but not in IE.
