Power BI Desktop Sign In Problem

Why is it that sometimes I can only sign in on Power BI Desktop if I first log off from PowerBI.com? And its annoying that when I try to sign in from the Desktop nothing happens...no error message at all.

Which version of power bi desktop you used? Please share more detail contents for testing.
