I have 4 connections in my Power BI document, connecting back to 4 SharePoint lists on SharePoint Online. Loading the data into my report after shaping the data in Query Editor is taking hours (I tend to let the data load overnight while I am away from my desk because it takes so long). Is this normal? The largest list of these 4 should be returning approximately 9,000 rows.

Greg,
Ever since the March Power BI update, my data load has been much faster, so I would consider this issue to be solved.
Thanks,
Amy Jo
I am having the same issue. It appears that merge query step within the queries is slowing the process down. This issue was not occuring prior to February's new version of BI. Cheryl
Yes, I have a few merges within my datasets. I am also expanding a few columns.
Any word on this? Have you guys found a solution to this issue?
Thanks,
Greg
