Power BI Schedule Refresh
I need to make a dashboard containing the details of refresh summary of all my reports in a workspace.
I can see that the data I need is available in admin portal.
Can anyone tell where Admin Portal refresh summary data is avaialble so that I can directly use that data in my report rather than manually exporting it daily.
Also what is the easiest way I can automatically get this data in excel or csv form daily?
If you are a Power BI Admin, you can go to the Admin Portal and exporta table there. If you want to access the Data automatically, you will need to access the Power BI Rest API.
1. Your DBA team could create a table in the Database.2. There is a Plugin for Desktop, ot sure if it still supported, but it worked for me previously I hope this is the one https://github.com/kerski/powerquery-connector-pbi-rest-api-commercial

Hi Joe - The solution looks promising. I get this below error when using the API.

It's been a while since I used the plugin, if my memory serves me right, you or the Azure Admin may need to create an App in Azure that allows access to the Power BI API. You may need to add the Application ID when connecting through the plugin. Maybe this Article will help?
