Hi - I'm new to PowerBI and am trying to create a bar chart. My base data looks like this:
| Jan 2018 | Feb 2018 | Mar 2018 | Apr 2018 | |
| Facebook followers | 1,569 | 1,581 | 1,590 | 1,595 |
| Twitter followers | 6,448 | 6,465 | 6,484 | 6,494 |
| LinkedIn followers | 1,276 | 1,295 | 1,333 | 1,370 |
When I try to create a bar chart using this data it looks like this:
Custom10 (Blank) 01/03/2018 1333 1590 6484
What am I doing wrong?

The solution was to transpose the data in Excel. This then allowed me to create the charts in Power BI.
@Anonymous ,
So the issue is why the date in bar chart is difference from that in the original table, right? You can click Format of the date type-> select (March 2001 MMMM yyyy) and check if it can meet your requirement.
