tex628 thank you, is it possible to edit the email received?

 

specifically the screenshot size isn't large enough. I can't see any settings to edit the email received?

I doubt that you will be able to do anything about the format of that mail. The pdf thats attached will be the same size as the report so that should be appropriate. If you really want to send a custom mail, I think you will have to build a fully automated mailing cycle that downloads and resends the pdf.

      Flow would give you more flexibility but the Subscribe interface lets you edit the subject and provide some body text too.

      If Subscribe isn't meeting your requirement i'd say that is the best suggestion. But honestly I'm not good enough when it comes to Microsoft Flow/Automate to give you any specific technical advice regarding how you should build the flow! 😞
