Power Automate Refresh faile

Team - I need help...
This is my situation

I am using Mquery in my PBI DAX and I tried to use Power Automate to refresh PBI dataset based on a condition.. Automate flow in the refresh step does not get executed.. This is the error I am getting. Any pointers please.

This dataset includes a dynamic data source. Since dynamic data sources aren't refreshed in the Power BI service, this dataset won't be refreshed.
