Hi
Is there a way to set up a Power Automate Flow to automatically export data from a table to Excel.
Then either email the table to users or save the table in a shared drive.
Without a person having to log into Power BI and press an Export button.
So every day this table report get send by email or saved in a shared drive without user intervention.
Thanks in advance
VR
Hi, @Anonymous
If you are a premium/PPU user, you may also consider creating a paginated report and scheduling subscriptions to send emails with attachments in Excel format.

I have/had the same question.
As far as I'm aware the only way to get power bi data (from a table visualization) into a power automate flow is via the power automate visual (i.e. button).
But keen to see if anyone knows.
Check out the July 2025 Power BI update to learn about new features.
