Hi,
i have a dataset with one direct query source and one Import source. the Import source a an excel file on a sharepoint location, so I used Web Connector to load it. I want to implement a button to refresh the data from that excel. I tried with Power Automate and had no luck.
I already did some troubleshooting and found out that my Direct Query Source could be a problem, so I created a test with only the Web Source. I created a flow with only one step, to refresh the dataset. I published everything, changed something in the excel and hit the button. But nothing happens. The flow runs and runs and in the end it gives an error:
"Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit designed to protect the connector service being called."
Is that the limitation of 8 daily refreshes?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@H3nning , if you are on pro, then their a limit of 8 refreshes per day. Hope you have not exceeded that. I think, that limit applies to power automate too
An i still can refresh manually in PBI Service...

I am on Premium per User. Does that change anything?
