Power Apps Visual In Power BI - Cannot Create App

I would like to create a "Power Apps" application to be used in a Power BI report. From reading the article on Power Apps found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/powerapps-custom-visual I should have the option to create a Power App within the visual once I select some fields within the Power BI desktop like in the image below seen in the article. 

However, in my Power BI desktop (Pro User subscription), No such option appears either to choose an app or create a new one - see the image below.

I have fields selected so not too sure what I am doing wrong. Any help on getting the option to create a power app would be much appreciated thanks,

@Marcus07957 , click on back to report; after you add the columns, it should show the option, if you are signed-in in power bi

Yes, I am on desktop version Feb-2023. It seems there is a bug with this version that is known and being investigated see - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Power-APP-visual-doesn-t-work-properly-in-power-bi-desktop/i...
