Power App and Automate help; Exporting each set of responses in a separate excel file

Hello All,

I have a Power App and Power Automate requirement wherein, I have alist of questions and their responses provided by the user. I want to save each of these sessions by the users as a separate excel file in a SP location. Please refer the attached image for the type of questions and responses. Can someone give me any pointers as to how to go about it. It will be very helpful as i am in dire need. I know this is not the forum but asking anyways to reach a bigger audience.

Sorry, I don't have any experience in this area. Do you know the Power App forum? Posting there may help you get relevant solutions or directions faster.
