If you click on your picture icon in the upper right you will go to your profile page which shows your most recent posts. Otherwise you would probably have to use the search functionality with your user id as the search keyword.

When you click your account, you will go to the following screenshot, it shows your posts shown in box. You can also click "View All" to see more posts.
