Postgresql scheduled update for cloud

Hi, like the title mention I am wondering if it is possible for me to automatically refresh data from postgesql server using a scheduler?I tried follow this site, http://niftit.com/connecting-power-bi-to-postgresql/ , but it did not work and showed this error message.

Hi @asoegiantoro

You may refresh data with the Power BI On-premises data gateway. You'll need to install it on a Windows computer, along with the Postgres ODBC driver. Here is the article for you.
