Possible to add custom rows in a Matrix

Hi All,

Is is possible to add below highlighted rows in a matrix visual. Values are coming from a measure. I just want to add a calculated row at the bottom of total and then add a Grand Total.

@NishPatel , No you can not, You can change grand total using isinscope
