Possible new issue with Folders

Since the Feb release and the new view of Folders, Ive noticed that Im having issues opening and closing them when Im working on visuals in Report view. I will click on the V button to open and close and nothing happens.

Has anyone else noticed this. Its rather annoying when all your measures are neatly tucked away into folders
