Popups on Gantt Chart showing information for the longest bar only

I'm trying to use the Gantt Chart visual to show the duration of multiple contracts, active/inactive today and % complete. The image looks good, but what bothers me are the tooltips when hovering over a bar. No matter what bar I hover over, it shows the information for the longest duration contract.

How can I fix this to show the information for the exact contract I'm hovering over?

There is something wrong with the Gantt Chart visual. I opened the file today and it was showing the info for each bar as expected. However, whenever I make a change to a formula or a tool tip, it doesn't show the information properly and in addition, I am receiving many rendering errors. I save and exit the file. Get back into it, and it again shows the information correctly, but then receive rendering errors.
