Currently I have over 100 measures, mostly repeats of the below but on different columns of the depletions table:
Claims (Act) = SUM(Depletions[Claim Amount (Act Cases)])
Claims (Act) LY = CALCULATE([Claims (Act)], FILTER(VALUES(Depletions[Fiscal year]), Depletions[Fiscal year] = 2017))
Claims (Act) TY = CALCULATE([Claims (Act)], FILTER(VALUES(Depletions[Fiscal year]), Depletions[Fiscal year] = 2018))
Claims (Act) Var = [Claims (Act) TY] - [Claims (Act) LY]
Claims (Act) Var % = [Claims (Act) TY] / [Claims (Act) LY] - 1
I am very new to Power BI and I've used the above as using the LY & TY in the depletions table hasn't given me visually appealing results when placed with Var & Var %.
The problem now is that the charts are very slow to load. I'm guessing it's because of the massive amount of measures I have - is this correct? Is there any way to reduce the load time by altering the DAX I'm using?
