i have a tableau viz with polynomial trend line having degree 3 . i need to convert this viz to power bi . is there any way i can create a measure or some other workaround to achive polynomial trend line in power bi

This official document lists some visual types you'll encounter most often: Visual types in Power BI for business users - Power BI | Microsoft Docs . And you could import some add-in visuals (from Microsoft AppSource or Custom some visuals)
Actually the information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Please provide me with more details about your table and your problem or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.
