Plot zero when there is no data in line chart

Hi all

I am having a problem showing some data on a line chart. The chart shows a simplified version of the  problem with sample data.

The data arrives to me as a list of complaints recieved, so some toys may not have a complaint for a month or two and will show no data for that period.

I then grouped the data into months by getting the start date of the month and the totoal compaints for each toy and problem for each month

This data is used to produce the line chart which will later be populated with other data such as sales and standard diviations.

The chart works great for most products which have complaints each month but when no data is available for a month the chart draws a line to the next month and does not go to zero.

I have a tick by show items with no data and this does not help

I have a link to drop box which has the sample files.

I hope someone can help me see where I am going wrong

Thanks in advance
