Plot range setting with bubble chart

I thanks for community member to ask my issue.

I want to set plot range with bubble chart. All points are plotted and the scales are setted automatically with default. I want to get enlarged figure with setting the range mannually, for exmaple axis1:[0:10], axis2:[4:5.5] as ordinary plot program allows.

Is it possible on Power BI?
