Pivot Columns

Hello,  Please see the Current data set up and future .  How can I achieve this?  I have tried all pivot columns options but none are providing this result.  Any thoughts?

VAR _t = MAX('table'[ID])

Just a little correction on your formula. Filter has two "I", @jcastr02 wants a ";" as delimitator and adding a space will result in a more legible way:

Measure=

VAR _t = MAX('MyTable'[ID])
RETURN
CONCATENATEX(FILTER(ALL('MyTable'),'MyTable'[ID]=_t),[WFM],"; ")

But @Ahmedx formula is perfect
