Pie chart not getting filtered by slicer.

Did you turned off the interactions from edit interactions?

Select the slicer, then go to Format and select "Edit Interaction" and verify if the interaction mode on the pie chart doesn't look like this (None):

Does all account slicer referring column from RL table? 
If possible could you share some sample data?

Thanks for your help the issue has been solved. There was a problem in relationship.
