Personalized visuals not saving on empty fields

Hi, 

I am trying to prepare an empty template that will allow users to build their own visuals, but I found a problem with saving bookmarks when personalized charts or tables are made based on empty visuals. After creating new visuals, saving as a bookmark and reopening the report, we can see default (empty) view instead of personalized bookmark. When I modify and save chart with filled fields everything is ok. 

Do you have an idea how to force Power BI to save personalized visualisations that are created on previously empty fields (charts or tables)?

@paul17 , For bookmark, have you created any button to reach to that bookamrk. Is that working ?

I just want to clarify that problem appears when user saves personalized bookmark online in the app or workspace and then try to reopen this bookmark – it always shows the default view instead

So you mean the personal bookmarks that created on power bi service side not working, right?
If that is the case, I'd like to suggest checking the official document of bookmarks to confirm if your scenario has met the limitations.

@paul17 , Are saving it as pbit? As far as I know, That format will not save data.
