Personalize Visual Option is not working in power bi service

Greetings,
Personalize visual option is not working for my users where they used to add some fields usign this opion. In my file i Have enabled all the features required for this feature in power Bi service.

@Anonymous , make sure you have done all the 4 setting on desktop
