Performance Issue with PowerKPI Matrix

Hi,

I am trying to create a dashboard with a fairly long list of KPIs (about 100) using the Microsoft PowerKPI Matrix visual. However, when I try to modify the format of my KPI ("Current Value") , the menu takes forever to open and then PBI is very slow to process my modifications. For example, if I try to modify the format of one number to "0.0%" instead of the default format "#,0.00" it will take about 5 min to do so.

Based on my tests, I think the source of the problem is actually coming from the number of different KPIs included in my report. Basically I can reproduce this problem every time I have this "[All Metrics]" option (which is almost everywhere...):

I have to customise the entire report and because of this problem it will take days to change number formats, KPI status, sparklines etc so is there any workaround to avoid this issue?

Attached is a example

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm afraid it's a known limitation for now. The workaround is applying filters to reduce the number of measures. Sorry for the inconvenience.
