In a table (Purchases) I have the following data:

Date of purchase

My

concept

expenditure

In another table (budget) I have budget with these data:

Department

My

Budget

I have related the tables with Purchases (department) - Budget (department) Many to Many.

How can I put the percentage spent month by month?

How can I put the percentage spent annually against the annual budget?
