Percentages Issue

Hello! I am trying to replicate the below excel file data. Basically it is showing hwo the responses for overall satisfaction ties back to other questions that are not required. It shows the response percentage based on the overall response percentages. All the details that you need should be in the attached files.

I have a blank pbix file but I haven't had any success getting the calculations to work appropriately. Any assistance is appreciated!
