Percent of row total

Hello Guys 

I want to make gradient here as conditional formatting depend on percent of row totals but didn't give me this option in conditional formatting only for the measure Num of seekers it self I want high percentage high opacity background and low percentage low opacity depend on %RT Num of seekers 

I'm struggling doing this by dax 

the data coming from one table
