Pbublished custom visual not showing on other computers

I Have created a report with a custom visual.  The one from

The visual shows for me online, but is not showing for others... Any ideas.

You could extract the custom visual code by following steps and then try to evaluate it. By the way, for more professional instruction and support, you could go to https://www.narrativescience.com/contact-us.

1. Rename the .pbiviz file to a .zip file.

2. Extract the zip file to a local folder.

Not sure but I did find this information regarding the data flow with Narratives that may be the culprit:

Narratives only receives the data that is needed to generate a narrative. They do not have access to any other data that is brought into a user's Power BI report. In addition, they store that data for several days in case they need to reproduce a narrative for quality assurance purposes. If a customer has strict firewall rules, the custom visual wouldn't be usable because it requires the ability to pull down code from the Narratives server.

Perhaps this is causing the problem?
