Payment Recovery Advanced Filter

I'm working on a table visual that will display Total Payment Amount in column 1 and Count in column 2 for a given date period (usually yearly).

A few page filters I've applied successfully are:

1. Removing Foreign Payments

2. Removing Canceled Payments

*Both reduce Total Payment Amount and Count

How do I do the below?

Another payment type I need to account for we call Recoveries. Which is when we get money back from a payment we made to someone.

Most of the time we get a portion of the original payment amount back in which case I need to just reduce the Count but not the Total Payment Amount

On the off chance we get all of the money back I would need to reduce both Count and Total Payment Amount

Thoughts?

Much appreciated Tyler
