Passing Slicer values in Security Roles for Dynamic RLS

Hi,

I am working on a requirement where we need to pass the Slicer values or the parameter values to the Security Role.

The idea is we have multiple Security Roles and we need a specific Role to be activated based upon which Slicer is selected.

For example we have a Security Role on Geography and Campaign and a User can belong to multiple geographies and multiple Campaigns. The idea here is to have the flexibility to have one Role enabled on the basis of which Role is selected.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Hi Yang,

Role 1 for Geography

Role 2 for Product.

Now when the user goes to the Page pertaining to Geography Role 1 should be applied.

When user moves to the Page pertaining to the Product Role 2 should be applied.

Hope this helps.
