Partial trasposition of rows to columns

Dear all,

In my db I have the following table:

CHAP	BUDGET	YEAR
DIRECT COSTS	1000	2019
INDIRECTS COSTS	400	2019
DIRECT COSTS	1200	2020
INDIRECTS COSTS	500	2020

How can I trasform it in the following?

YEAR	DIRECT COSTS	INDIRECT COSTS
2019	1000	400
2020	1200	500

In the query editor, highlight the Chap column, on the Transform tab choose pivot column.  Choose the Budget column as the values and choose Don't Aggregate from the pull down.  Rename the columns to what you want.
