Why in the lower chart are the Cumulative Sales Percentages above 100%?

In general, in Pareto analysis, the 80/20 rule is typically used, which states that about 80% of the results (in this case, sales) come from 20% of the causes (here, products or customers). But we do not see this conclusion in this chart!!?? Why?
