Pareto Chart Help

I am trying to create a pareto chart.  I am failing miserably.  I don't have sales data etc.  My data is a list of employees and I am counting rows where there is a reason description for termination.  Not all employees are terminated of course.  I have read blogs and watched videos but none seem to fit my issue.
