Parent part is not showing in the table that display the results of hierarchy slicer

I am using the hierarchy slicer to show to Finish Goods Part and all material that goes into making that Finish Goods. On another table I am displaying the on hand quantity of each material parts that belongs to the finish goods; however I would also like to see the on hand quantity of the Finish Good part...but I cannot get it to show up....please help
