KPI visual coming up blank even though there is data

Hi,

I am fairly new to Power BI and I am facing a issue with the KPI Visual. I have some data with week numbers and the production line performances. I have a slicer for week and a kpi visual with the performance of different lines. When I am selecting a particular week, the kpi visual is coming up blank even though there is data for that particular week in the data view. This is showing up if I use a different visual but not the kpi visual. Is there a formatting error that I may be doing?

So this is the screenshot of the issue I am facing. On the left is the KPI visual which should show data. The visual on the right shows the same data. This means that there is data, but the KPI visual is not displaying anything.

Cloud you please share the formula of measure you used in this KPI visual if it does not contain any confidential information? Can you see any content if you use the "See data" in the KPI visual?
