Hello,
I created a dataset using parameters and displayed the slicer. I have the value displayed as "Test Wert". However, it often doesn't display the exact value. If I type in the value "8888," the result is "8891." Sometimes it's correct. If I just create a range from 0-99, it's always correct. However, I need the range up to 99999. Thanks, Stefan

Hi @stefantaust ,
I believe you can use a workaround:
On the parameter table add a new column with the following code
Text Values = FORMAT(Parameter[Parameter], "00000")
This will give you the following table:
Create a new measure on the parameters:
Parameter Value Min = IF(ISFILTERED(Parameter[Text Values]), MIN(Parameter[Parameter]))
Now use the new Text slicer to do your calculation:

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsHi @stefantaust ,.
This is a know limitation in parameters (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-what-if#considerations-and-limita...)
Parameters can only have 1,000 unique values. For parameters with more than 1,000 unique values, the parameter values will be evenly sampled.
This is what is happenning in your parameter that is making the evenly sampled values n the slicer.

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsHi,
Thanks for the feedback. Then I have a problem if I need up to 99,999 values. I need an input field, but unfortunately, Power BI doesn't provide that.
Thanks
Stefan
