In the original file, when I try to update give me some a fail about credential, I have booked some information about this fail and I haCould you give me some clue as to what happened?
Dear Rico Zhou
I have done what you have told me and I still have the problem. first I have removed all the credentials, as I show you in the picture, and then when I try to refresh the files. PBI asks me for the way to connect, no matter what way I chose to connect. PBI sends me a failure message and I can't refresh the files.
Hi @Gualda ,
According to your screenshot, I think there should be something wrong when you refresh your report in both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
If you couldn't refresh your report in Power BI Desktop, I think there should be something wrong in your data source credential.
Please check whether there are some changes in your sharepoint site. Please make sure whether your data source has been moved or been changed.
You can try to clear the data source permission in data source setting, then reconfigure your your data source credential and try again.
You may refer to this offical blog to learn more details about refresh troubleshooting.
Best Regards,
Rico Zhou
