Paginated report repeats column headers for every row of data

First off, let me start by saying that my experience with SSRS/Power BI report builder is very limited and I'm trying to modify the work of the guy who came before me. I was given the task to edit some old rdl reports and for this one, while updating the dataset with new columns and throwing them into the tablix, I seem to have done something to mess it up. Now when I run this report it repeats the column headers for every row of data.

This is the tablix properties

I tried redoing the rdl from scratch and it works fine (does not repeat headers for every row of data) as shown below -

I'm just curious what did I do wrong in the first case? I recall deleting a few row groups but I don't think that should have caused this issue? Any insights? Thank you.

EDIT: Under advanced mode for grouping, this is the difference between the one that is erroneous and the one that works as intended -

How can I correct my mistake?
